Award-winning actress Yvonne Nelson, has fired back at reports claiming she is part of celebrities who endorsed and invested millions of money in the alleged fraud gold dealership company Menzgold.
The actress took to Twitter on Saturday, January 12, to warn anyone using her image in the Menzgold dilemma to put a stop to it. She wrote, “Whoever is using my image in this Menzgold crap better watch out! I don’t have any investment with them! Why don’t you write about their artistes? Rubbish!!!”
She later reposted the twitter write-up image on her Instagram handle on Sunday with the caption, “Cut this bullsh*t! Not in the mood! Have never even entered their office!” Yvonne’s name has appeared amongst the tall list of celebrity names such as; Sarkodie, Abeiku Santana, Asamoah Gyan and many others to have invested GHC 330,000.00 in Menzgold. The report on their investment with the banned gold dealership company also involves them in endorsing the company as authentic, leading many of their fanbase to follow suit by making an investment with the company.
Contrary to defending herself from the Menzgold allegations leveled against her, Yvonne is set to premiere her latest self-produced movie SinCity on Valentine’s Day this year. The movie stars Nigerian actor Kunle Remi, Adjetey Anang, Kweku Elliot and directed by Pascal Amanfo.
