Ghanaian entertainers Stonebwoy, Nana Ama McBrown, Shatta Wale and Kwadwo Nkansah (Lil Win) have received a nomination in the category of ‘Most Eminent Brand Ambassador of the Year’ at the maiden edition of National Communications Awards (NCA).
Slated to take place on October 26, at the Ecobank Head Office, Accra, the four entertainers who have bagged most ambassadorial deals in the year under review ranging from Hisense (Nana Ama), Storm Energy drink (Shatta Wale), Stonebwoy (Samsung Ghana) and Kwadwo Nkansah (No8) will face it off to win the coveted prize outside their known-for careers in the creative arts industry.
The NCA is under the theme ‘Communication for Organizational and National Development) and is aimed at celebrating the stand-out individuals, companies and teams in their respective endeavors. RAD Communications, together with Ecobank Ghana and Ghana Chamber of Communications are behind the entire organization.
Also, the award ceremony promises to serve as a springboard for many who aspire to reach greater heights with their works, efforts and contribution in the media and communications industry in Ghana and Africa as a whole, Ghana Web reports.
Other categories up for grabs include TV and Radio Personality of the Year, Magazine of the Year, Radio and TV Program of the Year and more.
