Recently crowned Gospel Artiste of the Year in Ghana, Diana Hamilton is celebrating 1 million views on YouTube for her award-winning worship song, Nsenkyerene Nyankopon.
Recorded live at the COP Auditorium in Kumasi, ‘Nsenkyerene Nyankopon’ has joined Diana’s million viewed songs and live performances on the platform with ‘Mo Ne Yo’ taking the lead spot at a record of 5.4 million views. Channeling her inner gospel artiste characteristics, the singer shared the news via her social media handles, captioned with words of prayer for everyone, who has been a part of the million reached journey.
She wrote, “Family…#NsenkyereneNyankopon hit 1 million views on #YouTube this morning. I’d just like to say a big thank you for your support by way of your prayers and testimonies, and of course using your time and data to view this video. May the Lord replenish every support that you have given this ministry a million times. May #NsenkyereneNyankopon change your story and put a song in your mouth in Jesus name.”
At the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards this year, Diana won both categories created for Gospel music recognition in Ghana (Gospel Song of the Year and Gospel Artiste of the Year). She nearly came close to winning Female Vocalist of the Year, but missed out on that plaque to ‘Best of Me’ singer Efya.
