NBCUniversal Television Distribution has called for an early 2020-21 production for season 2 of ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’. The show has reportedly met the requirement of TV ratings in its first season performance.
Since its September 9 debut appearance, the show has averaged a total of 1.9 million viewers daily, making it the strongest start for a first-year syndicated show in seven years. It also ranks fourth, next to long-running shows; ‘Dr. Phil’, ‘Live with Kelly and Ryan’ and ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ among all shows making waves with audience interest.

‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ is aired on more than 200 local stations and covers approximately 100% of America. Nashville is recorded as the strongest market, where the show has large viewing. The likes of John Legend, Chance the Rapper, Tyler Perry, Blake Shelton, Jay Leno, Jason Momoa, Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, John Cena, Jennifer Garner, Ellen DeGeneres among others have served as celebrity guests on the show.
Legendary show producer and runner Alex Duda, executive produces the show alongside Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock. The show is filmed in front of live studio audience on the Universal Studios lot in Universal City, California.
