Marc Jacobs is back again with his headline of undiluted support for other designer brands and labels. This time around the highly acclaimed fashion cheerleader of all time rocked the extra-oversized millie-feulle Balenciaga coat form their Fall 2018 collection.
In the dazzled oversized coat after a long work day, Marc made a comic video for the gram, with himself and the dogs finding it uneasy to fit in the back seat of the car as a result of the oversized-coat. He then lauded the Balenciaga coat with the caption, “No question about it – The happiest coat of all! Just not so easy to get into the back seat of a car with 3 dogs at the end of a long work day!! Ordered this beauty just days after I had seen it come down the @balenciaga runway. Demma, you outdid yourself! Literally, figuratively, and with all the layers to prove it! #gratefulnothateful #Ilovefashion #bringonthecoldweather #I’msoready.”
Not the first time Marc has been on a public show of affection to other fashion house products, as he already in previous times given a candid opinion or genuine support in one way or the other about designs not made by him. For the Fall 2018 collections, Jacobs sat front row at Chanel and Miu Miu and the same Balenciaga during their presentations on the runway. Weeks later, he supported Jeremy Scott, who interned for Jacobs at the start of his career, by seating front row of his Moschino x H&M show in New York.
