With her mother’s long lasting history as one of the top models in the 90s and father’s background in editorial covers, it is no shocker that the 16-year-old daughter of Kate Moss and Jefferson Hack, Lila Moss has joined the family’s legacy in the fashion and modeling industry with her first major move as the new face of Marc Jacobs Beauty.
The announcement of her new deal was made public on Friday, October 5, via Jacobs Instagram handle captioned, “Lila’s beauty, composure, patience and kindness made this project even more special than I could have imagined. With each look we photographed, she got into each character effortlessly and gracefully. Thank you, Lila, for being a part of this extremely special project and thank you, {Kate moss} and {Jefferson Hack} for allowing us the privilege to work with your beautiful daughter.”
In the words of the newest teen model in the industry Lila wrote, “It’s an honor to be the face of the new @marcbeauty campaign.”
Lila is signed on to her mother’s eponymous modelling agency Kate Moss Agency. In 2014, the then 14-year-old model posed for hair styling brand, The Braid Bar, in which she was photographed with tight braids woven into her hair. In the previous year, 2013, she posed alongside her mother, Kate Moss for Italian Vogue love/family issue.
