Veteran actor, Kuntu Blankson of the popular 90s sitcom, ‘Akan drama’ has committed suicide.
The family of the late Kuntu is in shock at his sudden demise, since per their claim, he showed no signs of worry nor complained of any problem.
According to Kasapafmonline.com, the actor was found dead in his kitchen this morning. He sneaked out of his bedroom and crept to the kitchen to hang himself, leaving behind his wife and children in grief. However, this is not the first time the late actor tried to commit suicide as preliminary reports indicate that he had earlier made that attempt but failed.
The unfortunate incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the Moree junction, a suburb of Cape Coast in the Central Region. The body has so far been carried to the morgue for autopsy and further investigations are ongoing by the Criminal Investigation Department of the police service.
