Supermodel Karlie Kloss has been named as new host for the next season of Project Runway after host Heidi Klum’s exit from the show.
The next season is set to make its comeback with Nina Garcia as judge alongside designer Brandon Maxwell and former Teen Vogue Editor-in-Chief Elaine Welteroth. The show will have for it a new contestants mentor Christian Siriano, who will take over from long running contestants coach Tim Gunn.
Kloss, who has been a big fan of Project Runway, since childhood shared her excitements over her new role, saying, “As someone who grew up watching Project Runway, I could not be more excited to host and produce a series that provides a platform to aspiring American designers as they pursue their creative and entrepreneurial dreams. I am equally as thrilled to work alongside an incredibly talented group of fashion innovators-Brandon Maxwell, Elaine Welteroth, Nina Garcia and Christian Siriano to inspire, support and help guide these designers as they realize their vision and build everlasting brands and businesses.”
The show which has been running for 16 seasons now, returns to Bravo, its original home for the next and upcoming 17 season.
