Renowned on screen as a charming actress peppered with correct costume choices for red carpet appearances and casual outings, Joselyn Dumas is reprising her host duty role on the 2019 Golden Movie Awards stage.
Associated with the event as a past nominee, winner and host, Joselyn’s GMA involvement can be read from her debut feature as host alongside Nigerian producer and comedian Ayo Makun in 2018. She was also in the race for lead actress in a comedy role for the Sparrow Films produced movie ‘Potato Potahto’, but missed out to ‘Sidechic Gang’ lead players Nana Ama McBrown, Lydia Forson and Sika Osei. Prior to her no win last year, Joselyn had won best television actress for the series ‘Shampaign’ in 2016.
Counted as one of the lead females emcees in the country, Joselyn has mounted big stages as host including the 2015 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, 2018 3 Music Awards, 2018 Spice Honors and her recently added emcee milestone at the GUBA Awards USA launch.
With no nomination or honorary recognition, Joselyn will definitely attach her emcee duties with well-coordinated gowns powered with glittering facebeat, kind courtesy of her glam squad. She is however is a title holder of Glitz Style Awards best dressed celebrity on the red carpet (2018) and Glitz Africa Magazine Style Icon (2017).
The event is slated for August 24 at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra.
