Highly acclaimed mobile network, Glo is set to host some of Africa’s biggest talents in music and comedy on one stage at the brand new, Fantasy Dome dubbed ‘Glo Mega Music & Laftafest’.
The 15k+ seated indoor air-conditioned auditorium’s stage will be mounted by big names in music from Ghana and Nigeria. Billed to perform include, Sarkodie, Davido, Wizkid, Stonebowy, Kuami Eugene, Tekno, Patapaa, Flavour, Yemi Alade and coming through from Tanzania, Diamond Platnumz.
On the comedy front include, Basketmouth, Bovi, Gordons, DKB, Foster Romanus, Jacinta, Dan O Humurous, Seyi Law, Senator, Khemical and Salvador from Uganda.
Julliet Ibrahim,Martha Ankomah, Berla Mundi, Nana Aba Anamoah, Van Vicker, Ebube Nwagbo, Salma Mumin, Samir Bastie, RMD, Kanayo O. Kanayo and Omawumi have been shortlisted to serve as anchors throughout the show.
The shows are scheduled to begin on Sunday, August 12- 20 October, which will have a combined show of both comedy and music climaxing the entire event.
To get an invitation to any of the event, all a subscriber needs to do is to dial *5301# to opt in and use up a minimum 20cedis for voice or 30cedis for voice and data within 30days before each event.
Any non-Glo customer can also attend by buying a Glo SIM, activating it and using up the required airtime within the stipulated period. Those who use up the airtime will receive an SMS from Glo inviting them to the show.
