The Glitz Africa Fashion Week is here again and as usual, there will be a Business of Fashion seminar which aims to enlighten the aspiring and emerging fashion designers and other industry stakeholders about the direction of the fashion industry as well as the future focus.
The theme for this year’s seminar is ‘Strengthening the value chain in the fashion industry.’
Speakers include Roberta Annan, Founder of African Fashion Fund (AFF) who will be talking on ‘Investing in Fashion’ and Josephine Eva Arthur, Head of Inclusive Banking of Access Bank Ghana who will speak on the topic, ‘Financial management for business sustainability.’
There will also be a panel discussion with the likes of Designer Papa Oppong, Director of Industrial and Handicrafts, Ghana Export Promotion Authority Theodora Froko, Managing Editor of ELLE South Africa Danielle Bowler and Founder of Dabira designs, Charlotte Ashamu.
The seminar starts at 10am on Saturday, 20th October, 2018 at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra.
