It’s day three of the partial lockdown in Ghana, which means ‘stay together’ family and friends are getting the best part of our lives now through to the remaining 11 days left. Now, in the process of keeping up with our work from home schedules and deadlines, there is a high possibility of getting tired and wanting to indulge in an activity with the trapped family or friend next to you. Ideas of a game to play becomes locked since by now you might have exhausted every usual activity you are used to.
In order to keep your day running with that relative stuck with, we have lined up five episodes from the popular television show ‘Friends’ which contains exciting scenes where the six New York friends of the 90s and early 2000s hanged-out together without any third party and in the process shared some memorable moments together. In our situation however, we need the home hang-out to get out of boredom just to get back to work after.

For the first time in the lives of the six friends, the ladies of the circle Rachel, Monica and Phoebe choose to challenge the guys; Ross, Chandler and Joey in a poker game for the win. While drinking their usual beers and having fun at the same time, Rachel is expectant of a phone call that will change her career. The phone call comes in later while the game is still section but turns out not to be a good response for the Green girl. Despite her missing the opportunity, she hoped for she manages to play the cards well using her unaware power of love over Ross to win the bet game. Running out of cash? Over here, five of the friends except Chandler remain at the apartment of Monica during New York City’s blackout. Ross tries to tell Rachel his feelings, while Joey makes a discovery about Monica once having a crush on him, thanks to Phoebe’s disclosure. You may not be not in either of the situations listed above with your partner, but a quarantine day such as this cannot be wasted for nothing. The directive of ‘stay home’ has presented itself with the best opportunity to do so. Today, why not order some drinks and popcorn with the girlfriends stationed in the same house to discuss everything relationship from the good and bad just as Rachel, Monica and Phoebe did in this episode to share their common feelings on how miserable their relationship lives are.

After putting Monica on a thanksgiving cooking task to become better than her last one, Rachel, Phoebe, Ross and Joey get late for dinner causing Monica to become angry and Chandler leaving to admire his so-called labored cranberry alone. The ending of the episode hands Monica and Chandler an acceptance phone call to be placed on the list of couples looking to adopt a baby, which unites them all for the day. The take-away to emulate with friends and family while indoors today is not in the cooking aspect, but instead, the happiness that comes when you get to share the happiest news surrounding your personal life and career first with the person/people you love most in the world.
