Ex-girlfriend and baby mama to award-winning rapper Sean Combs a.k.a Diddy, Kim Porter has passed on at age 47, after she was found unresponsive in her house at Toluca around 11:30 am and later pronounced dead by authorities on Thursday, November 15.
A representative from Porter’s camp shared the news in a statement, “Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.” Her cause death is attributed to a flu or pneumonia as TMZ reports that Porter had been battling with the disease for weeks.
Porter was an actress and model, who seen in movies such as, Gary Hardwick’s 2001 film The Brothers and Del Resteghini’s 2006 movie The System Within. She again featured Fox’s 2006-2007 series Wicked Wicked Game and VH1’s 2011 series Single Ladies.
Born in Columbus, Georgia, Porter had three children with rapper/music producer Diddy: a son and twin daughters. The then couple were in a relationship for ten years (1997-2007) when they called it quits.
