Africa will be home for the first family trip of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, coming this autumn, the Royal family’s Instagram page announced yesterday in a post.
Prince Harry and Meghan are visiting South Africa with the newest royal baby and eighth great-grandchild of the queen, Archie Harrison. The trip is based on a request of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Prince Harry will also make time to visit Malawi, Angola and Botswana, all per royal duties, whiles Meghan stays behind with Archie in South Africa, Vogue reports.
Communicated via Instagram captioned the readiness of the Duke and Duchess concerning the trip, “The Duke and Duchess are really looking forward to meeting so many of you on the ground and continuing to raise awareness of the high impact work local communities are doing across the commonwealth and beyond.”
Journey to South Africa will however not be the first African trip for Meghan and Prince Harry, as the duo have already toured parts of Africa like Botswana, but the first overseas outing for the baby Prince, Archie. “This will be their first official tour as a family,” the post signed off.
