Roll your sleeves as America is ready to host the 2018 edition of the annual American Music Awards.
The nominees’ list which was released on Tuesday in a live YouTube space hosted by kane Brown, Ella Mai and Bebe Rexha, had rapper Drake and Mama Kulture, Cardi B scoring the highest nod with eight nominations at their credit including Artist of the Year for Drake where he faces off with Imagine Dragons, Post Malone, Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift.
Ed Sheeran and Post Malone follows the highest scorers with a whooping six nominations each. Other nominees include Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes, Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Carrie Underwood, Beyoncé and Jay-Z and more.
The show will air live from the LA’s Microsoft Theater on Oct. 9 at 8 pm, hosted by Black-ish actress, Tracee Ellis Ross.
