Fresh off her Super Bowl performance last weekend, Grammy nominee Demi Lovato is set to begin her own talk show, ”Pillow Talk With Demi Lovato’ on Quibi.
The developing 10-episode show will feature conversations on issues such as gender identity, body positivity, activism, sex, relationships, social media and wellness. Lovato will have a sit-down discussion on each episode with celebrities and experts on the day’s discussion.
“I’ve always considered myself someone that speaks honestly about issues that face my generation,” said Lovato. “We’re excited to bring those frank conversations to a public forum, where people can have the opportunity to relate to the topics and guests, while finding room for laughter and learning.”
Lovato is executive producing alongside Scooter Braun, Allison Kaye, Scott Manson, J.D. Roth and Adam Greener. The show will make its debut on the short form streamer in April 2020.
Quibi already has 50 scripted and unscripted shows on the platform as well as an upcoming daily morning talk show ‘The Rachel Holis Show’ from the motivational speaker and New York best-selling author. The short form content platform has also ordered shows featuring Tyra Banks, Chrissy Teigen, Don Cheadle and Idris Elba.
