Today marks the birthday of our very own visionary, team leader and mentor, Claudia Lumor. We are excited for how far she has come, thriving through both challenges and triumphs and growing stronger and wiser with every experience.
Like a boss, she expects nothing beneath excellent from her staff. Like a mentor, she takes the time to teach what one needs to know to execute a task well. Like a leader with a heart, she corrects you when you make a mistake out of love and gives you the opportunity to make it right. Like a friend, she laughs and chats with you such that you can share your honest opinion without fear. She encourages you to come up with ideas thus not stifling your creativity.
Claudia is inspiring such that she doesn’t limit herself with where she believes she can go. With determination, hard work and cultivating the right relationships, every plan can be made a reality. When there’s a setback, she doesn’t waste time to wallow in self-pity. She quickly re-groups, corrects the error and tries again.
On this special day, we just want to give you a little sneak peek into the woman behind the name. For all who have met her, they will have something sweet and inspiring to say about her.
