Decades and still running super models deserve the very best of representation in the fashion industry and that's partially what Dutch womenswear designer Nikkie Plessen, has done under her eponymous brand in honour of one of the world's most revered models of all time Kate Moss. 'Selected by Kate Moss', which comes in the form of dresses, jackets, skirts, trousers and skirts will have its UK debut during the upcoming July edition of the Pure London trade show. The collection is made out of a strong focus on country with impactful black and white pallet, embroidered materials and feminine shapes. Speaking of the inspiration behind the choice of Kate with the collection name, Plessen said, "Kate Moss has always been the ultimate embodiment of style. She personifies precisely what I want to express through my fashion label; she is strong and tough but at the same time feminine and sexy." The designer can't wait to present to her UK audience, "We are growing Nikkie worldwide and can't wait to present it to the UK market at Pure London." Pure London is slated to take place from July 21-23 at Olympia London. Over 700 fashion brands and designers are expected to attend the event, which will have on schedule panel discussions, seminars and keynote talks.
