Multiple award winning celebrity Ghanaian fashion designer, Quame Owusu, once overall best student and graduate from Joyce Ababio College of Creative Design, one of the country’s fashion institutions in 2014, emerged as the Best African Collection after debuting his Perfect Ashlar collection at the #DFF2017. The 6th award ceremony took place at the Durban Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Center over the weekend in Durban, South Africa.
