The Customer Choice Awards, an awards program that will recognize and celebrate businesses and organizations that provide outstanding customer experience will announce its nominees during a launch reception on Friday, the 14th of September at the African Regent Hotel. Awards will be given in the following categories:

“The Customer Choice Awards categories were selected to incorporate all businesses or individuals providing service to the public and give the public an opportunity to decide who they deem as customer-centric. The assessment of customers can help businesses to identify with their various targets, find solutions to areas that they fall short in and bring a level of competition in the business space,” says Etornam James Flolu, the producer of the Customer Choice Awards and Founder and CEO of Eltor Consult, a business consultancy firm that advocates, promotes and trains individuals and organizations on customer service related issues.
