Model and activist Adwoa Aboah has just been named the newest face of Marc Jacobs Beauty for 2018. Aboah will join the ranks of fellow Marc Jacobs Beauty ambassadors like Kaia Gerber, Winona Ryder and Edie Campbell.
Jacobs and Aboah have a history and this is not the first time Marc Jacobs and Aboah have worked together. “Marc gave me my first fashion show in New York City,” said Aboah. “It was a dream come true and from that point on, he has been one of my biggest supporters.”
In the beautiful shot, Adwoa is wearing the latest Marc Jacobs beauty drop: a liquid lip crayon named Le Marc. According to the release, it’s “the first-ever liquid lipstick in a crayon” and is designed to easily swipe on. If Le Marc is all it’s chalked up to be, then sign us up. Aboah is seen wearing the shade “Rouge,” which will be available in-store and online this December.
