After the event, Madam Faustina Adjagar, CEO of First Choice Hair & Beauty Salon had this to say; “The presentations went well. I’ve been using Mizani products for some time now. We didn’t understand a few things at first but they were able to explain very well to us. We’re going home with a lot of information now. I believe this event/partnership will be helpful to us in the industry. It wouldn’t happen overnight but it will happen over a period of time. That’s what they promised us. We are going to work hand in hand with them and we are sure things are going to work the way we expect them to.”
Yvette a hairstylist from Hairsenta remarked, “It was so cool. Initially, I didn’t know much about the products but the presentations have enlightened me more about them; how they are to be applied. I had heard about it but I didn’t know what it was all about. Now that I’ve been enlightened about it, I’m going to start using the products.”
Genevieve, a hairdresser at Rapunzel Salon also said, “I learned about the pricing. The (Mizani) products are of high quality so we shouldn’t mind the price. I also learned to use only Mizani products and not mix them with others. I think the presentation on the whole was a good one. If we inculcate it into our business, it would be nice.”
Beauty and fashion blogger and influencer, Afua Rida commented, “I think events like this are important because it brings the whole industry together. We are able to learn, meet each other, able to understand the products, hairdressers can work well with clients as well as influencers. It was great; well put together. I think a lot of people are well pleased.
Concerning the partnership between Mizani and hair salons, Afua said, “It’s good to have feedback, as well as a good opportunity for Mizani to give back to hair salons in terms of training for product understanding and how to grow their businesses.”
