Is it soon enough to yearn for a documentary series that throws more light on the struggles, glory and most especially behind-the-scenes footage of the rapper with the most style in stage display and lyrical lines, Sarkodie?
Giving a hint to his 2 million followers on Instagram, yesterday, Sarkodie posted a slide to see the next black and white video, where excerpts of him granting an interview about the things he believes in to generate one’s success and the other parts of the video too showcasing his collaborations, meetings, behind the scenes of shot music videos and stage performances. Every visual of the video clearly gives the impression of a documentary in the works.
To call it a rush will be out of context, since the decade-based rapper has achieved more of international standards than any artist in the country. Talk of his multiple BET award nominations, of which 2012 went in his favor for the win. 2 wins out of 4 nominations with SoundCity Music Video awards, MOBO award win and many others all the way down to being the most nominated VGMA artiste (49) in total doubled with the most wins (21). The highest man himself has certainly done it all, except for the Grammy, which we are anticipating anytime soon.
Captioned under the suspicious documentary video, wrote Sarkodie, “Work so hard for this shhh…,”and yes indeed, with the success as evidence we can’t side with him any less.
