The Customer Choice Awards, an awards program that will recognize and celebrate businesses and organizations that provide outstanding customer experience will announce its nominees during a launch reception on Friday, the 14th of September at the African Regent Hotel.
Awards will be given in the following categories:

- The Customer’s Bank of the Year

- The Customer’s Hotel of the Year
- The Customer’s Shopping Mart of the Year
- The Customer’s Waakye Joint of the Year
- The Customer’s Continental Food Joint of the Year
- The Customer’s Pizza Joint of the Year
- The Customer’s Pub of the Year
- The Customer’s Chop Bar of the Year
- The Customer’s Government Agency of the Year
- The Customer’s Beer of the Year
- The Customer’s Hospital of the Year
- The Customer’s Digital Payment Platform
- Media House
- Media Personality
- Beauty and Grooming
- Transportation
- Church
“The Customer Choice Awards categories were selected to incorporate all businesses or individuals providing service to the public and give the public an opportunity to decide who they deem as customer-centric. The assessment of customers can help businesses to identify with their various targets, find solutions to areas that they fall short in and bring a level of competition in the business space,” says Etornam James Flolu, the producer of the Customer Choice Awards and Founder and CEO of Eltor Consult, a business consultancy firm that advocates, promotes and trains individuals and organizations on customer service related issues.
The public will be able to vote for their favourite organisation with the use of Speakupp, a mobile and web-based survey app that enables users to create polls and vote via app web browser or USSD short code.
