The much awaited well recognized beauty event in Ghana- The beauty Forum took place on 20th October, 2022 at the Under bridge. The forum hosted over 100 people including beauty brands, beauty influencers and entrepreneurs who aspire to create beauty businesses. This year was a special edition as there was the Beauty Innovation Pitch sponsored by Pitch better Africa in Partnership with Glitz Africa’s Beauty Forum. This pitching competition gave away a huge sum of Ghc 10,000.00 to the lucky winner.
The Beauty Forum brought together experts in most fields of beauty consisting of makeup, hair, skin, aesthetics and many others. The forum featured experts as, Mya James, Mybritt Aidoo, Bibish Mbemba, Vicentia Ocloo, Melody Owusu, Prince Asare, Angela Attoh, Awurama Amoah, Akai Kotei and Emily Bodom with Andria Asare Adjei, Maame Gyamfua Yeboah, and Delawoe Adjakloe serving as hosts. Sessions had practical demonstrations of products and interaction with experts as the audience had the opportunity to ask questions.
The break session was proudly sponsored by Juicy’s mini-Pancakes leaving the audience satisfied and ready for the next sessions.
The Beauty Forum after the four sessions of Beauty dived into the next session which was the Pitch Competition with Judges being Claudia Lumor, Amoye Henrya and Irina Oduro. There were four contestants who pitched innovative ideas. At the end of the Forum, the winner EFIYAH BEAUTY, took home Ghc 10,000.00.
The Beauty Forum had an exhibition spot and vendor spot which hosted Scent of Africa, Kitoko Makeup, among others.
