Hollywood made a stop at the Shrine Auditorium inside Los Angeles for the 26th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards. Contending in big categories of the night, the stars made it a secondary motive to turn up on the silver carpet wearing their very best couture pieces.
The lineup of spotted stars on the SAG Awards silver carpet included nominee Jennifer Lopez in an all-black Georges Hobeika gown with jewelry provided by Harry Winston. ‘Bombshell’ actress and nominee in the best actress drama category Charlize Theron did not miss out on the long carpet’s spotlight; she chose a Givenchy piece that in fact made her a star of the night despite losing her category to ‘Judy’ star Renee Zellweger.
In every description attached to how the stars fused fashion into an evening of film and television, all boils down to the fact that they are warming up towards the biggest evening of the awards season, Oscars.
